Custom Coin Process

Coins are priced on an individual basis to offer you the best possible price.

Send us your images and we will put together a color digital art proof for you.  We will send the proof along with a quote for your specific design. Once you approve the design and place a firm order we will send your order to the factory for processing. The factory will then send a black and white proof for your approval.
The black and white proof is used to make the actual coin cast. Everything shown as black on the proof represents raised coin color. The rest of the design will be painted as close to the approved artwork as possible. We suggest looking over the proof very carefully for spelling errors or any other mistakes. Once you approve the black and white proofs the factory will use the design to make the coin cast.
Your coins will arrive to you about 3 ½ weeks after the proofs are approved.

Please allow 1-3 days to receive the digital proof.  Most basic Military art we do have on file. However artwork for specific unit crests or specific logos will need to be provided.

Please allow 3-7 days to receive the black and white vendor proof.

Please allow 4-5 weeks total time for a new coin.

Coins are made overseas, rush freight charges can be very expensive. 
All coins are packaged in individual zipper bags in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations.
